Western blot analysis on HeLa cell lysate using 
anti-Phospho-Dishevelled 2 (pT224) RabMAb 
(cat. #5287-1). Cells were either (A) untreated 
or (B) treated with Calyculin A.

Specificity

A phospho specific peptide corresponding to 
residues surrounding Threonine 224 of human Dishevelled 
2 was used as an immunogen. This antibody only 
detects Dishevelled 2 phosphorylated at Threonine 224.

This antibody was developed as part of a 
collaboration between Epitomics, the National 
Cancer Institute's Center for Cancer Research and the lab 
of Kyung Lee.

Store at -20 °C. Antibody buffer, 0.01% sodium azide, 
50% Glycerol and 0.05% BSA. Stable for 12 months from date 
of receipt
